I’ve done what I never thought possible I have written a plugin, its for my new site GotToRead.com

Its a new social bookmark site but it is aimed at blogs and blogging, so if you submit your posts there it will most likely be other bloggers who read what you have added.

What does the plugin do, well its for wordpress and when activated it automatically adds the voting button to your posts so readers can click the button and automatically vote.

Its in its early days yet but the button will eventually be a bit more advanced with the number of votes added to the display.
Please give it a try as it is for you bloggers and could draw some traffic to your posts.

Install

• To install download the plugin below and upload it to your plugins folder via ftp
• Goto the admin area in wordpress and choose Plugins and activate the plugin
• Thats it

If you have prefer to add the code where you like use the following.

This can be used in blogger as well by adding a new HTML/Javascript element
