Want a sticky post on blogger, one that stays at the top and never moves, easily done.
Just change the date so it is in the future 2010 or something, strangly no-one ever mentions the date is wrong.

I usually add a bolded line of text at start of sticky post to let readers know it is sticky and that regular posts are below.

Nice idea to seperate the 2 so readers know what to expect.
